Video won't upload

I have been trying to upload a video. It is 30 seconds long. So not too long

However, it says "uploading" but then always goes to error screen? Even tried on different browsers?

Hiya op

Try checking your device junk files for all the application and empty then the storage for application and clear them individually (junk files)
