Hi can anyone help me and my partner also have a couple profile. However for some reason we can't send ore receive messages or enter chat and appears invisible to anyone. We have tried to contact addmin several times with no reply is there anything else we can do?

Sounds like the profile has been blocked by admin, have you contacted them from the affected profile?
