FRUSTRATED!!!

I bet you've heard this a thousand times but please help. We have tried a few times to verify someone who we've met quite a few times but he's not getting the veri's. He's verified us with no problems. We have never used the same pc, internet connection or anything else, it's so frustrating. We are both silver site members and we've both been verifed and sent verifications to other people. We've contacted admin but they just say to look at the FAQ'S. Please someone help......

Is he outside your filters? age range etc.

If so try taking them off and then verifying him.

It seems really odd if you are all verified before and not using the same connection.

I know you said you have had a mail from Admin pointing you to the FAQ...but I would now use the contact button again , let them know the name you are trying to verify and hopefully when they have time they will check see if everything is working as it should.

Be patient though.

I gave them all the details including his name in the first message I sent them but still got the same reply, it's so annoying grrrr

You will get sent to the FAQ first.

Anyway it was just a suggestion, you don't have to do it.

Your verifications have saved fine, he just needs to go into his manage verifications bit and publish to his profile if he chooses to do so

Don't forget they don't display instantly on profile
