Any one membership reset when resetting password

I had to reset my password and now i had to re upload a picture for verification its also deleted my gold membership i had alot left and all my messages and hotlist has been deleted please help

It won't delete those things. Have you logged into a second profile by mistake?

How did you reset your password? I can’t remember mine so I can’t change it, is there another way?
