Closer than you think

Hi a friend on mine is unable to post in the forums - she is verified and has been a member of the site for over a year.

She has tried contacting admin with no luck, is there anything else she can do at all?

Only thing is gor her to keep messaging admin only they can sort it.. took me a few attempts to get mine sorted
