"Haven't been able to post a status for over a week. Not receiving any warnings or notifications like you normally would just keeps bouncing back to account page after I hit the save status page. " Hi What option did you choose and I think you may have misunderstood what you read I believe it's no matter if a user is a site supporter or not we get treated the same Is a contact us at the bottom of all the written advice which will take you to a box so you're able to write your concern | |||

"We don't offer personalised support, even to site supporters (read why) but we'd still love to hear your feedback on the site." By personal support I guess it means a reply and specific help. As we know Admin often don't reply so it is hard to tell what the problem is which can be frustrating. Seems OP has already messaged a few times. | |||
