Not able to look at profile

When trying to view profile from name search it says no profile with this name. When I tap

On profile from my verifications profile is found . Why?

No it says can’t find any users with that name and when I click on the verification their profile comes up

Then id double check what you've written in the box by their profile name

Just copy and paste from the profile in case you're missing something

That’s what I thought but when I go onto the verification they sent me it opens up their profile and nd I’ve found their profile whilst just looking on general searches
