FabSwingers.com forum: Can’t Access Previous Account

Hi, we are hoping someone can help. We are relatively new to Fab and when I set up our original account I must have entered the email in correctly. So now we can’t access it or get a password reminder.Hence us setting up this account ( which we now want to keep)

We contacted admun directly over 5 weeks ago and received what appeared to be an automated message. We requested that the original account was deleted and have heard nothing since.

As we were new on this account we were not photo varified.

We appreciate that admin jobs are carried out by volunteers, we just want the original account deleted to save any confusion or suspicion and obviously we have pics and can’t access or manage it.

Hi op

On the login page I believe is a forgot password if you are able to remember the email

Hi, thanks for your reply, yes tried that but must have missed a character out or made an error, tried different configurations but no success.

As you can appreciate Admin can't delete accounts if someone on another profile asks them to.

What they would do is send a mail ( the action of sending the mail isn't automated ) asking the person to photo verify their account and to get back in touch with them and they will try and help.

As you are now PV'd then this is the link to ask for help.
