1 Do people you have blocked show up in the who's near search?

2 Do forums mods have to display on their profile that they are a forum mod or can they opt to not show it?

1. Yes

2. Not sure but when they post on the forum, forum mod appears under their name.

Yes the tag. Sorry I thought people would get what I meant. So does the tag always show or can people be mods without a tag?

People cannot be forum mods without the tag.

You could use the green arrow on me, then in the browser address bar replace 'outsider' with the person's profile name. Then you can see if they posted on the forum. If they are a forum mod it would show on their post.
