I'm verified but cannot leave comment for someone I met in person

Hi, I'm wondering how I can leave verification for someone I've met in person.

I have photo verified my account but when I click on option it says I can't access it because its for verified members only.

Can anyone tell me if there is something else I need to do?

In order to verify someone, you need to be verified yourself.
