Chatting to a man today

He then goes onto my profile and gives me a false verification saying we cammed

I asked him to remove it

He read my message , didn’t respond and blocked me

I put up a status naming him saying what he did

Another man came to my inbox threatened to have me banned if I didn’t take down my status and he also blocked me lol

My status was removed with no communication from any admin

I had reported the incident which I have not had a response from the site about - I still have a false verification on my profile

So it’s would appear it ok for people to write anything the want on your profile without consent …. Yet he is protected and he has the ability to continue

Fairness and equality???

Hi op

Firstly only admin can remove verification not the sender

Naming and shaming via status isn't a correct move which could land you receiving a status ban

As for anything else that you've mentioned report via the messages received

Clearly we see things differently

For me it’s not it’s not name and shaming

It naming inappropriate non consensual behaviour and actions — to me there is a big difference - for me it wasn’t naming and shaming as you call it - it was to alert the community there is someone who clearly has red flag behaviours

As for patience I agree

I understand that admins are busy here

They give their time to support the site for which I am thankful

However

I put in my report first therefore you would expect it to be dealt with first

As both cases are related they should have been dealt with together and not separately

Again the joys of being individuals with different thought process , everyone can have their opinions and It great we can have discussion in an open frank respectful way

Reports can take up to 48 hours to be dealt with
