Issues: Hidden profile

So, four times since 8am this morning our profile has been set to hidden and not by us.

We keep changing back to live.

Last week we contacted admin last week about status and approved photos going missing. Admin just told us to change password, which is what we told them we had already done before contacting them.

Is anybody having the same issues?

Do you ever leave your account logged in on any device that other people might have access to? Does anyone else know your password?

No to both questions. These sort of things keep happening on a Friday. I did ask admin did the moderators have the ability to access accounts, we thought it could have been one of these who didn't get what they wanted in a chatroom (we got blocked out of the chartooms once before by one for the same reason) and is messing with us out of spite.

No moderator can log into other peoples profiles. It is a bit of an insult to suggest one is because you rejected them

I would change your password and not let anyone else know it or make it easy enough for someone to guess
