Pictures shared on DM aren't visible to those I message

I have a few face pictures set to private.

I regularly share them with people I DM on Fab. Unfortunately, they can't see the pictures. What am I doing wrong?

Surely I don't have to set them to public just to share them on my chats.

Not had that issue so I'd say no you dont need to have them public first.

I think it only works with two options out of the three choices for setting pictures so friends and public would be available to send as private no one see

I have sent private pics in messages in the past with no problems.

You can send any pics through dm i have most of mine private and can still send.. maybe its an issue in the receivers end
