forgotten e-mail

i wonder if anyone can help please i av a friend who is on the site but they have forgotten there password to access there account and they have forgotten the e-mail address that they used to join with , so how do they go about either getting new password or even deleting account and starting a new one

Just start a new one, and forget old one.

I had similar issue, contacted admin several times, heard nothing back
