Account changed?

Hi, the female half of us has a single female account on here also and this has been changed to a couples account without her knowledge or consent. What is going on?

I would assume it was reported as meeting as a couple, did she write by chance something along the lines of 'I only meet with my other half' I don't meet alone etc?

But she will need to contact Admin if the profile has been wrong changed.
