Hi there I have got a new iphone but when I log onto FAB it asks me my password which I have forgotten and they say they will email it to me but as yet they haven't done so. Therefore I have to keep going onto my old phone which logs me on automatically. Does anyone know how I can find out my password please?

Have you checked that the email address you signed up to fab with is the same as the one you're checking for the password mail on?

If you are on a computer, go down the list to near the bottom and there is the option to change password

Check the email address linked to your account is current / correct and then use the forgot password link on the login page
