Admin will not contact you from here.

The profile that is not working needs to contact admin directly themselves using the contact link on the homepage.

Something does seem to be on glitch with admin at the moment, I reported a couples profile this morning as they had their baby in full view in the directing room cams for ages! Their profile is still live which just seems odd

Reporting a profile doesn't automatically mean a profile will be disabled. A warning and further sanctions may be given out first. Some people just make a mistake and not think of what they are doing.

In this case the person if this was in all innocence then they would be banned from chat then given a reminder that this isn't appropriate for the site. If they agree not to do it again they are allowed back in chat.

Obviously if it was anything more sinister then they would be chucked off and reported to the right people.
