Used the text to renew membership for both sites. Still waiting on codes.

No issue with my phone provider. Second time raising on here

Have you been billed and not received the code? Sure adult content not restricted by your carrier?

Regardless you will need to contact Admin by the contact link at the bottom of page with your details. Hope you can sort it out.

I always thought the text method was an excellent way of renewing but I too tried twice this morning without success.

I’ve since renewed by card but I would have preferred to do by text.

I’m getting a message send failure when I attempt to send a text to 79100.

I’ve filled in the text problems form, even though that is for messages sent but no code received and I haven’t even been able to send a text.

I already tried that and got what looks like an auto reply about sending a text and not getting a reply, however that isn’t the issue.

The text won’t send in the first place, it simply fails as if the short code doesn’t exist.

Have you checked with your network to see if there is a problem with you sending premium text? ( that will be advice on the mail )

I sent a text as I normally do at 12.40am today to the usual number...it all went through...but I didn't receive my code numbers.

I've never had this happen before and I've been doing this for two years now.

I have 18 days left to up grade.

But really want this sorting out

When you say it all went through did you get charged? It seems to be a problem at the moment and not something we can resolve via Forum. Please see above for advice and links.
