single profile sing up trouble

still having trouble getting female half a solo profile

tried with old email says is already registered, you said ud have a look but heard nothing back about this

so we set up a new email account and re registered and now cant verify with pic and has just said 'pending' for a week any idea how we can resolve this??

redhotsexygirl was new name we are trying
