Found 3 fakes, reporting question

I found 3 people who are either fakes, lying about info (saw the guy changed his age from 18 to 23), or states they are a couple but her info is clearly fake or missing.

I reported my first one. I assume reports are kept confidential or does admin say "this person" said your profile's wrong.

Just want to make sure it's anonymous.

just be careful about what you put on here or you will be the 1 with the ban, it's not worth the grief
