Are pics actually checked by a human for approval?

I just saw a pic that was a screenshot from eBay. All the links etc were still showing. How does that comply with the site rules?

They are yes, so on the same token the human could press a wrong link by accident and approve instead of reject.

If you report any pic that is against rules it will be re-moderated
