Reporting bad accounts

Can I report a user that is basically hooking people in then chatting and then abusing trust once you've chatted and sent pics etc

It's not fair on genuine fab users

You can report abusive profiles and messages.

You'd have to be rather more specific about what they are doing and how they are abusing trust.
