Disappearing message

What causes a message thread to completely vanish? I've seen 'deleted' or 'you can no longer view your profile because...' or 'user is no longer a member ' but I've had a couple of occasions where all trace of the sent and received messages to a particular user vanish

Thank you. I'm sure I've seen a couple of times though a system message saying that the profile has been deleted, rather than just disappearing.

It used to say user no longer on site but now all messages go

Can I ask I have friends who have tried to put up on forum venues for my premises as I can't. They aren't able to post . Fies anyone know why

Anyone who's unable to post on the forum and doesn't know why should use the contact button at the bottom of the page to contact admin.
