Video playback problems

Whenever I try to watch a video, 90% of the time it stops after about 10-15 seconds, even though it's much longer. The triangular play button appears on the video, but nothing happens, I can't get to see all the video, which is annoying as that's the main reason why I paid for membership.

This is on an Android mobile.

What is the solution?

The sticks

Appears to be a chrome issue on Android.......work around is to download Firefox browser and seems to work
