Hi I have no idea why this sanction was imposed on my profile but its been a while now and even when I wrote yo you to ask I dot get a response.I would really appreciate someone looking into this and rectify it fo me.

If an block has be applied to your profile that stops you uploading pictures it will be because you have broken rules and been warned about this several times.

Only Admin can remove this block and if you have already contacted them and enquired about its removal and the block still remains, then you will have to accept Admin stand by their decision.
