Hi we need to talk to admin but all we can find is feedback form.Does anyone know how please?

Somehow one of our contacts has disappeared..we haven't blocked them and can't see profile or messages and they haven't blocked us but can see messages but when they go to message says we have blocked them, which we haven't.
