I had same issue a couple of weeks ago but then it went through on the third try.

I think if it takes too long due to slow connection or slow server it sends an error message.

Had this issue loads of times in last couple of weeks

Done all the clear this n that but still error message and tried 5 times on one vid before telling the couple it wouldn’t upload and getting abuse for being a pic/time waster which I am not !!

Mine are uploading, but seeming to take an age to get approved.

Maybe there's a shortage of mods.

Usually I find reducing the file size and checking the format is a common type i.e. MP4 helps ensure a successful upload. Hope that helps.
