Our account has been fine up until now but today for some reason all of our inbox and sent messages have just disappeared?! All of them! We have not had this happen before, why has this happened? Can we get the messages back?

Hi op

Try switching between old and new messages then refresh page.... Is it possible one of you deleted them by mistake clicking delete all... Once messages have been deleted that's them gone forever unless you've saved them

When you open the message below the said message is the option to save
