FabSwingers.com forum: Videos not uploading

Hi Guys ...we've been trying for 2 days now to upload some new videos all within the 1 minute allowance ...but constantly getting the 'error' message and return to home page ...?

Nothing improper in them ... and size wise are no bigger than previous ones we've uploaded ...Just wondering if others are struggling to upload as well ...thanks for any advice ? x

I'm having the same trouble. Cut down 40 secs to 20 secs and still it times out. Tried all different times of day and night but still no luck

What is the file size? Trying to upload a large file may be the issue.

Check your device junk files and delete them it might not have the space to upload

Try deleting app junk files one by one in files. It's worked in past for myself

I've deleted Junk. I've deleted a video that I already had here to upload it again and

Site times me out so I give up

I thought it was the site but videos have been uploaded by other profiles for the karaoke thread

How can I contact site for help?

Getting the same problem here. Been trying all day, video complies with all the rules etc and under a minute long but times out every time. I've reloaded Fab and deleted all the junk etc but still no joy.

Had this issue loads of times in last couple of weeks

Done all the clear this n that but still error message and tried 5 times on one vid before telling the couple it wouldn’t upload and getting abuse for being a pic/time waster which I am not !!
