Profile is showing as a couple but I'm a single female

I've only just realised that my profile shows as MF couple, but this has always been my single profile. I did have a separate couples profile in the past but it was a completely different login / username. Any idea how I change it?

If you think a mistake has been made contact admin from the contact button.

They don't usually amend without evidence.
