Anyone else having problems with this today? Message isn’t getting through to 79100. Have checked and no issues with phone account. Thanks

These are some common reasons text upgrades fail:

* You're not in the UK (text upgrades only work in the UK from a UK SIM)

* You don't have sufficient credit if you're on PAYG

* You're not setup to receive adult premium content (contact your mobile network, they can age verify you and sort this)

* Your network has blocked your account from receiving premium contact because of other issues

* You don't have reception *

Thanks for the response, but none of those issues seem to apply. Baffled - might try this ‘pay by phone call’ thing, but wary of 090 numbers…

The phone call option should be done from a landline. If you can't do that the Card option is easy enough, you pay more initially ( but get more days obviously ) but you get a better deal with the amount of days you get

Not working tried many times yesterday

Network allowed for adult content

Absolutely no problems my end

Now have lost my extra 5 day bonus
