Hi I commented yesterday but must have accidentally deleted it.

So, yeah it's a ban, I got one in December and still "not okay to chat". I think it's indefinite and they don't give you warnings. Xx

It is a chat ban. You should get a mail saying why, if you didn't then it could be a longer ban that needs reviewing. You should ask for that from the contact link at the bottom of the page.
