Don't think capitals matter, worked for me lower case today.

Did the text deduct £5 from your account? If not, is it possible there is a block on premium rate services on your phone account?

Having the same problem spent £10 now on a new membership I've contacted admin this afternoon and still haven't received a answer this isn't the 1st time this has happened
