Picture Ban

Good Afternoon..

I hope everyone is having a wonderful Saturday.

I was banned from uploading pics due to me not understanding the rules, my mistake, and I acknowledge that.

Now, I am still banned even after couple of months. Is there a way to rectify this and lift the ban ?
