User unable to post to forums

The user "Balder 31" is unable to post to forums and also create meets. He's a verified silver site supporter and not heard back from admin despite repeated attempts. Any ideas what the issue might be?

They need to contact admin direct from the contact link

The user themselves need to contact admin themselves then just be patient for a response as mentioned above
