How, come males can still message me when, we have messages blocked, with no public photo?

It appears that filter doesn’t work.

They make a pic public then message you then rehide it again.. sneaky

When i see they have been sneaky i dont usually reply, sometimes i ask why they do it but always say they didnt lol
