If her profile is hidden then shes the only one to be able to unhide it if its a ban the she needs to contact admin direct from her profile

She haven't hiden the profile over the sudden she was not able to send messages and she was not visible to others.

Sounds like the profile is suspended.

From similar threads the advice given is to contact admin.

The user can do this while being logged out giving admin the profile name.

She is log in the whole time she can see other profiles but she can't message and no one can see her it's like the profile never existed I can't see her in my hotlist
