Uploads not working

My partner has made an account and everytime she tries to upload she gets the error "we are not currently accepting uploads" even though me and everyone else can upload with no issues.

Has anyone else had a problem like this or can help it would be much appreciated!

Also just to add she is photo verified already

Can she mail etc, if all she can do is log in then she may be suspended
