hi my fwb joined site but their acc

is stuck at need photo verfied stage

and can do / dee nothing

sent pic in but no response or verfication

If they're doing a selfie then the camera might have flipped the words around so they're backwards... In this case you will need to flip the image around before sending in.

This happened to me. And i took a pic in the mirror and had to flip the image so it was readable.

Make sure it meets the requirements as my first one didnt. Once it does. It wont take longer than id say one hour to ger her account back

When I rejoined last year, I had to go through the phot verification process.

If it's taking longer than you would expect, try re-submitting the picture.

hi the pic was ok hands shown txt correct and right way and resubmitted to no avail.

tried re-joining and instead of letting her browser for a hour or so it went straight to needing phot verfied

She should contact Admin from the contact link when not logged in, mentioning her username
