I've just been told my site support is about to run out but I have a saved mail from only 4 weeks ago confirming I've just done it? I actually thought my last one ran out quickly. Has something gone wrong with your system?

You are a gold site supporter if you did it by text it lasts 32 days so that will be about right.

You need to be a silver one for it to last longer. When you renew next, make sure you have silver selected not gold...

I've been silver for years. Site suddenly changed it to gold after I'd entered code. Confused dot com here???

It seems to default to gold unless you change it.
