FabSwingers.com forum: Can't get verifications

Hey, anyone else had issues receiving verifications? I emailed support who just said check faqs and that you can't get verifications if you've had another account.

Both myself and my partner have had individual accounts in the past but have now made a new couples account. Does this mean we won't ever be able to have verifications? Surely people often close their accounts and create new ones with new partners?

Usually problems with receiving verifications come from either you being on the same IP address as the person sending the veri - for example, if you're both connected to the same wireless network, or if the person sending the veri would ordinarily be blocked by your message filters - for example, outside of your stated age range, or perhaps if you have single males blocked, but initated contact with a single male - which would enable them to message you, but would prevent a Veri getting through

Are you trying to verify yourself (the new couple account) from one of the individual accounts? Then it could be that IP issue the other forumite suggested.

A couple have tried to verify us, well within our search parameters

A couple we've met tried to verify us, I also asked a previous single male play mate to try but no luck. Neither of them were using our WiFi when they tried.

States you're not looking for single guys so that will most likely be why your male play mate can't verify you.. filters are on

Thank you, I think he tried before we added that but I'll remove it and try again. Still doesn't explain why couples can't leave verifications though. It's very frustrating indeed.

The usual old flannel on here is 'verify me if you remember me from my other account' and just like magic they have loads of veris in a couple of hours

I only found out today so I'm not 100%.

But if the couple that is trying to verify you doesn't have a verification then they won't be able to do it.

Presumably a security aspect against fake verification rings.

They do have verifications of their own but obviously that means we can't leave any ourselves because we can't get verified.

You have age filters on if they were over they filters the veri wont go through
