They dont normally reply if they do it can take upto 48 hours.. maybe someone in the forums coild help??

It depends on what it is as to whether they answer as the FAQ's explain. A lot of questions are answered on the FAQ's and forum.

If it is a ban of some sort and you don't get an answer it means the ban will stay.
