Pic upload error

I have been trying to upload more pics, either to my profile, or direct in a message, but I am getting an error message, basically stating that there is a memory issue. I have checked my phone, and I think that I have sufficient memory... Any helpful advice? TIA

What size and format are the images you are trying to upload?

Usually converting to PNG/jpg and shrinking down to less than 2mb works.

Check junk files and delete them. As you say you have enough memory that is separate from when you try to upload pictures as that takes extra space it's like transfering and having enough space to do so
