I just logged on and have only message one person as part of a on going chat , I went to reply and fab has sent a message saying that I tried to send a web link which I didn't and now I have a message ban. Is there a way to enquire as to what they mean and to appeal to the decision.

It will be a word/ sentance / phrase etc or a link , it will lift after a couple of hours as the pop up says
