Profile immediately suspended?

Hey guys, a friend of mine is trying to remake an account after leaving for a while.

When she makes the account everything goes well, but can't msg anyone, and noone can find her account. Even if given the direct account link it says suspended or blocked.. She hasn't even had the account for 24hrs.

What can be done?
