Permission to view post

When on the main forum page I see a topic on site help tab but when I click on it says sorry you don't have permission to view the post.

When I open the actual site help page the topic isn't there. Does that mean it's been deleted and that's why I can't view it ?

Try using the forum search for the title. If it's been moved you can find it that way.
