And shown on the Home page, is rather annoying as the pictures are now very large, some pics are enough to put me off sex with a man for life!

Must admit not keen on local updates, would rather just see updates from those on friend lists and hot lists.

Would be good if you could have option to show this persons update or hide (similar to other social sites)

I like the idea of local updates more than the reality.

I was interested in seeing who they are were at first, but if I'm not interested in contacting them, I don't really see the point of having them update on my homepage.

I'd prefer to only see if there are any new members in my local area instead of what they're up to. Really not a big issue for me, but that would be my preference.

We're looking at just having the links + friend updates on the homepage and the other stuff (hotlist, local) will be clickable from the links at the top which summarise.

That way you don't see unless you click

Would that be better?

I seldom look for peeps to me that are local to me, hence, not really interested in local updates.

I too prefer to see updates of my friends and those on my hotlist.

So yes to having a choice by clicking whether to show them or not, thanks.

Maybe a quick solution, rather than a major page redesign, would be to order them as Friends then Hotlist then Local, that way Local could be ignored if you didn't want to see them?

if you want to remove updates currently, you must remove couples, males etc from your "looking for" options.

Then local updates wont show.
