I have an unread message notification but there is not message once I go to my inbox. I’ve tried logging out and back in, logging in through website rather than phone but I can’t seem to get rid of it. Anyone have any clues?

Could be you were messaged and then it was deleted and you were possibly blocked. Check to see who viewed your prifile and if you can't access that profile that might be it. The email notification may also have the senders username in the text. The first line of the email will say you have recieved a message from.....whoever

This has happened to us a few times. I think it's caused by you deleting a message, then accidentally marking it as 'Unread' when hitting the back button on your browser.

I was to put us in a position where I was able to select 'Delete All' in the inbox. This removed the rogue notification.

If you aren't able to create that situation because you want to retain some messages, you could look at your email inbox (not Fab messages, but real life email), to see who messaged you recently. Send them a message on here, then the sent message should override the inbox message and resolve itself to being 'Read'.
