Blocking & Sent messages

Does blocking remove your sent messages from that user's inbox? What about sent photos? Or does the other user have to delete them

No it doesn’t. Photos also remain unless you’ve used the auto delete facility.

Messages only disappear when an account is deleted.

That’s my understanding of it.
