You can't I'm afraid.

If it was part of a conversation you were having you should be able to find the thread in your sent messages and reply from there.

If it was a first message from someone with no thread you can't get it back.

hiding from cock pics.

You can keep pressing the back button and see if the message comes back up and then save it. That has worked once or twice
